Pentatunes Episode 70 -Relationships
Music is such a powerful force with the power to lift us higher, evoke fond memories, enhance the keenness of emotion. Hardly anyone can imagine life without music.. A few years ago, I decided to create blog which would feature weekly updates in each of five categories, namely Killer Rock, The 80’s, Easy Listening, Proudly South African and International. This has been a labour of love, and very rewarding for it. The new musical discoveries, the connection with friends old and new, the great memories have made it all worthwhile. If , by following this series, you have rekindled fond memories through a forgotten favourite or maybe discovered a new favourite that you previously knew nothing about, we will have achieved our objective.
The blog turned into a radio show that made it onto Rebel Rock Radio, an independent online South African radio station. The blog (and show) started life under the moniker Memorable Musical Moments, but in January 2024 (Episode 58) it was renamed Pentatunes, a self-created word that points to the five categories of music covered in the program.
Every episode has a theme, and for Episode 70 we stood still on the topic of Relationships.
